FAQ

How much time will it take me to go through these Life Workout planning exercises?

The bare minimum would be 20 minutes a day, but I encourage you to spend more than that.

Keep in mind that your plan is not carved into stone. Carving it into stone would probably not be the best use of your time, anyway. So squeeze in as much planning as you can each day, then come back and adjust as necessary.

Will this program help me make a plan to work toward a specific goal I already have in mind for 2023?

Yeah, this program will help you hone in on exercises and devise a plan to work toward that goal… unless it’s a naive goal, in which case the exercises will hopefully dissuade you from pursuing it.

This “life workout plan” system will also push you not over-focus on a specific area of your life at the expense of others. Instead, it will push you to work toward being a well-balanced, flexible, and super fit “life athlete.”

When do we start the Life Workout planning exercises?

If you sign up in December, you’ll start getting the Life Workout Plan exercises on Jan 1.

If you sign up in 2023, you’ll start getting the exercises the next day.

What kind of email interaction will I have with Chris in the paid coaching programs?

When you email me back your answers or questions regarding each of the Life Workout planning exercises, I will carefully read through it and reply with feedback, answers, and ideas.

I can’t guarantee a response within a certain window of time, but will do so as soon as I can.

My objective is to provide you many times as much value as what you’re paying me.

What’s this “Comfort Zone Playground” Facebook group all about?

It’s a place for exchanging ideas and inspiration and not feeling like you’re the only “weirdo” who’s interested in pushing themself to do exercises that improve their life.

I will post what I’m working on for my own Life Workout Plan, engage with what others post in the group, and share any interesting or inspiring resources (articles, videos, etc.) I come across. And I will encourage you to do the same.
